Your hosting service’s page is where you open the control panel, renew and change plan.
Open the service
Section titled “Open the service”Go to Websites and choose Manage beside the site. The page shows your Plan, Billing cycle, Data centre, the date it Started and whether Auto-renew is on.
On Home, each website also has a ⋯ menu with Manage, Open control panel and Get help with this.
Open the control panel
Section titled “Open the control panel”Files, databases, email accounts and backups are in your control panel.
- The first time, choose Set panel password. Type a New password, type it again under Type it again and choose Set password. Your host sends it to your server once and never keeps it.
- Choose Control panel. It opens in a new tab.
- Sign in there with the Username shown and the password you chose.
If your browser stops the new tab, choose Open the control panel. To change the password later, choose Change panel password.
While your hosting is still being set up, the control panel opens here as soon as it is ready.

Section titled “Renew now”Choose Renew now to get the renewal invoice straight away, then pay it. Pressing it again never makes a second invoice.
Change plan
Section titled “Change plan”- Choose Upgrade plan.
- Pick a plan and choose See the price for that plan.
- Check What changes, Takes effect and To pay now. The figure shown is the figure on your invoice.
- For a bigger plan, choose Pay with the amount, for example Pay RWF 12,000. For a smaller one, choose Confirm the move to the new plan. It starts from your next renewal.
Your site, email and domain stay where they are. Only the plan changes. Nothing changes until the payment is confirmed.
